Video | Primary human T cell CRISPR screening

At Myllia, CRISPR screens are performed in primary human T cells to explore factors of T cell activation, differentiation and exhaustion. Learn more about our CROP-seq technology to boost CAR-T and TCR-T cell potency!

At Myllia, we perform CRISPR screens at single-cell resolution (CROP-Seq, or Perturb-Seq) to help advance genetic screening of T cell phenotypes. T cell differentiation is very complex and we can annotate specific T cell fates according to transcriptomic signatures. On top, we combine single-cell RNA-seq with CITE-seq to leverage a very comprehensive phenotyping pipeline. This allows us to study T cell populations, effector or memory and T helper cell differentiation.
