Seminar with Element Biosciences: Single-cell Multiomics Innovations

Learn about Element Biosciences’ origin story, multiomics technologies and how they worked in synergy with Myllia’s high content CRISPR screening platform to identify regulators of the Nf-KB pathway

Three presentations hosted by three scientists and entrepreneurs. Molly He, co-founder and CEO of Element Biosciences, will open the webinar by sharing her personal journey of building a company from scratch. She will be followed by Mathew Gow, technical sales specialist at Element Biosciences, that will enlighten us on the technicalities of AVITI24 and VITARI, the company’s solutions for spatial, single-cell multiomics and next-generation sequencing.

To close the event, Tilmann Bürckstümmer, Myllia’s CSO, will showcase how optical pooled CRISPR screening allowed identification of NF-KB regulators in Human cells. Combining Myllia’s innovative high-content CRISPR screening approaches with Element Bioscience’s cutting-edge cellular painting, it was possible to visualize how Nf-KB translocated to the nucleus – and which regulators were crucial in this process.
